Fettucine. Cavatelli. Farfalle. Pappardelle. Orecchiette. Linguine. Strozzapreti. In this adult cooking workshop, you will make pasta dough from scratch. After preparing some sauces, you’ll practice rolling and cutting pasta into various shapes that pair perfectly with those sauces. This class has something for pasta novices as well as experienced home pasta makers. You’ll love learning about pasta, its origins, how it’s made, and the various cuts and shapes almost as much as you’ll enjoy eating it!
