STUDENT CANCELLATION POLICY
For single-session public events or classes or single days within multi-day classes:
If student cancels 1 week or more before the class/event start time (or before receiving course materials), student is eligible for a cash refund (less a 7% processing fee if purchased via credit card) or a credit (100% of purchase price) towards another Teaching Table class/event.
If it is within 1 week of your scheduled event, you can transfer your class to another individual or receive the recording and materials of virtual classes digitally.
No shows cannot be refunded. Cancelling after the cut off, withdrawing, or failing to attend results in forfeiting the full amount of the class or event fee. With approval of teacher, student may send someone else to participate and/or receive materials.
Most, but not all, classes are recorded. Please confirm in advance of class if you will be relying on the recording.
If you purchased your class on CourseHorse, our cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you need help canceling or have any questions, please visit CourseHorse.
For private events or classes:
If cancelled 14 or more days before the class/event start time, purchaser/host is eligible for a full cash refund (less a 10% processing fee) or a credit voucher (100% of purchase price) towards another Teaching Table class/event.
If cancelled within 4-13 days before the class/event start time, purchaser/host is eligible for a refund of any fees paid less the initial deposit. Deposit may be applied to a rescheduled Teaching Table event/class.
If cancelled/rescheduled 1-4 days before the class/event start time, purchaser is responsible for the initial deposit plus the cost of any ingredients or materials purchased. Deposit may be applied to a rescheduled Teaching Table class or event.
Purchaser is responsible for the full contracted amount of the private class/event when canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
TEACHING TABLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Teaching Table reserves the right to cancel an event or class due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances that would make the event or class non-viable. Public class participants will be notified via email and may elect to receive a full refund, a class credit, or admission to another class, pending availability. Private event purchasers will be notified via email and/or phone and be given the opportunity to reschedule at the next available date of their choice. Except in the case of emergency or unsafe weather, Teaching Table will not cancel/reschedule a kids program with less than one week notice.
