Cook with What You Have Quarantine Cooking

  • Teaching Table your home anywhere (map)

New Year, new goal to reduce food waste? Join us for an At Home edition of Teaching Table’s Cooking with What You Have workshop. We teach how to Cook More, Shop Less, and Waste Nothing. That’s especially helpful right now if you’re avoiding going out, experiencing difficulty finding your usual groceries, or just cleaning out your pantry and freezer. We have 10 immediately applicable Strategies for creatively and quickly using and preserving what you already have. This class will change how you cook.

It’s VIRTUAL. Part discussion, part demo, 100% inspiration, 0% tasting :(

No materials or ingredients required.

You'll learn - and discuss live - tips for organizing your fridge, freezer and pantry and utilizing these strategies for using what you have at home. You'll practice getting creative with vegetables from root to tip, understand how to substitute ingredients freely, and plan for using up "leftovers" before they go bad. This class will train you to slash your food waste (and grocery expenses) in half and inspire you to make more flavorful & original dishes. And while you watch, I’ll whip up a dish with audience suggested ingredients, and walk you through my thought process.

To register, complete the form below. Registration closes 1 hour before class start time.

$29 per login/email address - everyone in your household can join!

All ages welcome.
