In less than one hour from start to finish, create a heart healthy flavorful meal. You’ll learn how to pan sear salmon to perfection (no more dry fish here!). We’ll practice the art of the pan sauce, but you won’t even need it because this Yogurt Dill Sauce is why licking the plate was invented. To round out the meal, you will also learn how to prepare excellent eggplant using the salting and roasting technique for a caramelized exterior and creamy flesh.
