Fettucine. Cavatelli. Farfalle. Pappardelle. Orecchiette. Linguine. Strozzapreti. In this cooking workshop, your child will love learning about pasta, its origins, how it’s made, and the various cuts and shapes. We will start by making colorful naturally-dyed pasta dough from scratch. We’ll then make a variety of sauces to pair perfectly with both traditional pasta shapes and those invented by the students themselves. Finally, they’ll put it all together and enjoy classic pasta dishes for lunch alongside fresh salad, topped off with homemade banana chocolate chip ice cream for dessert. Students will also assemble their own yogurt & granola parfaits for a morning snack.
