Butter Chicken via Somerset County Library System

Create Butter Chicken from scratch. We will demystify working with Indian spices and ingredients. You’ll practice cooking techniques like blooming and infusing to create a scratch-made meal that is healthier and arguably more delicious than your usual delivery. You’ll also learn how to choose the right cut of chicken and season it properly for optimal taste and texture.

With the chef’s demonstration and make ahead time-saving hacks, you’ll be armed to develop the flavors of your own bubbling pot of Butter Chicken. You’ll have a delicious at-home meal, and a long list of cooking skills to apply to future at-home take-out dishes.
