This Summer’s Fine Dining Date Night Menu is 100% vegetarian and can be made vegan and/or gluten free with a few simple alterations. We’re celebrating the best of summer — majestic tomatoes are the centerpiece, daring to be upstaged by basil, sweet corn, and nectarines. We’ll round out the hearty seasonally appropriate meal with cannellini beans and farro.
Chef Laura will break down the preparation of a 3-course date night menu, including fancy plating if you can resist eating it straight from the pan. You’ll learn how to poach and char, perfect the process of risotto and elevate your dishes with sauces. We will also let you in on some restaurant secrets and serve up an optional stone fruit cocktail to boot!
