Miracle ingredient tofu is the star of this class. Of course, you can cook tofu in myriad ways for a plant-based protein or main dish. But you can also use tofu in vegan and dairy-free desserts, dressings, and sauces to thicken and emulsify without dominating the flavor.
In this class, you’ll make a complete drool-worthy 3-course meal, in which every dish, even dessert, contains tofu! You’ll learn how to prepare tofu for sautéeing and grilling, use tofu as a thickener or replacement for dairy, and add a protein boost to your salad and vegetable side dishes. You’ll come back for seconds …even if you don’t like eating tofu. You’ll be able to differentiate between varieties of tofu and will choose the appropriate type for any purpose.
