If you’ve never made your own Challah for Rosh Hashanah (or any occasion), this is the year! Ring in the Jewish New Year with apples, honey and new skills. We will demystify challah-making for the home cook - from working with yeast to shaping loaves with various braids.

In this all ages virtual cooking workshop, you’ll create a stunning round loaf, filled with figs or apples or your dried fruit or spread of choice. While your dough is rising, prepare a Honey Apple Cake to enjoy for breakfast or dessert.

We will also discuss tips for how to enjoy and preserve this bread.
