A mash up of cookie sandwich and cake, stuffed with fluffy whipped icing, whoopie pies are the ultimate celebratory time treat. In this class, you’ll bake up at least 3 kinds of cake and whip 3+ icings for a whole range of confectionery variations. Practice some baking basics that will improve all of your holiday baking and explore new flavors!
