Our Summer Farm-to-Table date night cooking class is calling for shellfish plus elevated corn dishes, fruit-forward desserts, and icy beverages. Join us for an unforgettable and educational evening focused on summer-inspired dishes, like gazpacho, lobster pasta, and elote. Explore seasonal summer flavors and taste the sweetness and versatility of farmers market favorites like corn, peaches and chili peppers. Indulge your sweet tooth with a delightful fruity dessert that captures the essence of summer, and cool down with a Blackberry Basil Fizz. This promises to be an evening filled with delicious food, new skills, and great company!
You’ll learn some advanced culinary skills and we will let you in on some restaurant secrets. You’ll overcome any intimidation around cooking clams or making gazpacho. We’ll also discuss how and where to source quality ingredients, what to splurge on and what to get on the cheap.
