In this class, assemble and taste two varieties of Pierogi: Potato, Cheese & Caramelized Onion and Sweet Potato with Sage Brown Butter. Discuss countless other varieties.
We will make pierogi dough from scratch and then mix up perfectly seasoned fillings. You will test techniques for filling and sealing pierogi that are applicable to all types of filled foods, like ravioli, dumplings and tortellini. Practice cooking pierogi to perfection — a tender creamy interior surrounded by lightly crisp and caramelized dough in a gentle sauce.
Then sit down to enjoy a feast of Pierogi with Soup and Dessert!

Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Soup
Mixed Berry or Apple Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream
Note: The entire menu is vegetarian. Ask about dairy free alternatives.
For ages 12 and up. Youth ages 12-16 must be with an adult.
$110 per person. This is an in-person class at Teaching Table. Space is limited.
