Nothing says LOVE like chocolate. So handmade chocolates by you are the ultimate Valentine’s gift to show your partner, crush, kid or mom you truly care! Better yet, take this class together with your loved ones, near or far. Chocolate lovers of all ages will learn tips to temper chocolate. We will make a variety of chocolate treats, including a homemade classed-up take on a peanut butter cup. We’ll dip dried fruit or fresh sweet strawberries and discuss the best ways to keep them fresh. Finally, you’ll get scrappy, whipping up creative variations of chocolate bark with random ingredients you probably already have, and scraping up the last bit of melted chocolate.
Menu will include:
Almond Cookie Butter and Jam Cups in a Dark Chocolate Shell
Sweet, Salty and Tangy Chocolate Bark
Chocolate Kissed Dried Fruit
Lacy Chocolate Snowflakes
