Add some handmade chocolates to your holiday cookie tins. They look beautiful and add a professional elegance. Not to mention, everyone will love them. Holiday bakers of all ages will learn tips to temper and dip chocolate. We will make a variety of chocolate treats, including a classed up turtle full of crunchy pecans and sweetened with maple. We’ll create a winter lover's peppermint bark, complete with “melted snowmen” if you choose to get crafty. We’ll dip dried fruit and pretzels and discuss other items to enjoy with melted chocolate. Finally, you’ll get scrappy, whipping up creative variations of chocolate bark with random ingredients you probably already have, and scraping up the last bit of melted chocolate.
Menu will include:
Maple Pecan Turtles
Peppermint Snowmen Swirl Bark
Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Chocolate Kissed Dried Fruit
Sweet and Tangy Chocolate Bark
All treats can be made vegan and gluten free.
