With my recipe and the addition of creole spice, you’ll learn to season them perfectly, and whip up a remoulade for extra punch and heat, if desired. We serve these crab cakes with a simple lemony dressed salad but with a couple of tricks up our sleeve. We’ll discuss other seasoning methods for crab cakes as well as creative serving suggestions.
