Experience the essence of Italy with our exclusive Italian trattoria cooking class. Be transported to a small family-owned trattoria with its iconic red-checked tablecloth and wine served by the carafe. Most importantly, master the art of creating casual, rustic dishes using locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Chef Laura will unveil the secrets behind typical Italian favorites and regional specialties, sharing our tested family recipes. Make the pasta and sauces from scratch. Learn the techniques to a perfect pasta all vodka and have fun using our special cavatelli machine. Sauté perfectly balanced chicken picatta and make a hearty warm Tuscan White Bean Soup. Our chefs will round out the meal with Freshly Baked Sourdough Bread and housemade Tiramisu for dessert. Embark on a culinary journey that will transport you to the heart of Italy, evoking cherished memories of nonna's kitchen. Buon appetito! Mangia!

  • Freshly Baked Bread with Olive Oil

  • Tuscan White Bean Soup with Rosemary

  • Cavatelli alla Vodka

  • Chicken Piccata (Lemon, Butter, White Wine & Capers)

  • Frisee and Mixed Greens with Pear, Pecan, Gorgonzola, & Balsamic Drizzle

  • Tiramisu

$125 per person. This is an in-person class at Teaching Table. Space is limited. Adults Only.

Teaching Table prioritizes sourcing ingredients that are local, seasonal, sustainable, and organic whenever possible.

We serve only water and tea. You may bring your own beverages if you choose.
