Let’s be honest. Your pantry is due for spring cleaning — not only needing reorganization but also the opportunity to take stock of what’s in there and use it in new and creative ways. This class will inspire you to clean out your pantry and then teach you what to do with its extraneous contents. Every time I clean out my pantry, I find myself inspired to make granola. The granola is different every time.
In this class, Chef Laura will guide you through a granola template and procedure that uses ingredients YOU have RIGHT NOW. Test flavor pairings and healthful combinations. Apply a technique to get those desirable clusters (if you like them). Learn how to incorporate ingredients that provide a health boost or simply need to get used up. Discuss storage (or sharing) tips to get the most out of your granola.
