In this hands-on workshop, junior chefs will learn how to create perfect pasta dishes. Students will learn and complete each step - from making pasta dough, cutting pasta shapes, and creating well-paired sauces, to plating their composed dish with appropriate garnishes. Junior chefs will also learn about the origins of pasta, how it's made, and the different cuts and shapes, all while enjoying the delicious results.
In this 1-day workshop young chefs learn:
Handmade Pasta Basics
Shaping Pasta into 4-5 shapes
Creating 2 balanced sauces (chosen based on their selections):

Workshops are $125 per session.
Students receive all recipes and aprons to keep. Lunch is included.
