We will introduce you to recipe formulas for classic gluten-free and vegan desserts that can be adapted to a variety of seasonal fruits and flavor profiles. You will learn techniques and substitutions for replacing gluten, eggs, and dairy with delicious, plant-based alternatives.

This is a virtual hands-on class via Zoom. We will provide a list of ingredients and materials at least 2 weeks in advance of the class.
