Advanced Knife Skills class is for the home cook who wants to improve their accuracy and precision. In this class, you will learn and practice more intricate cuts, such as:
julienne
brunoise/fine brunoise
bias
supréme
chiffonade
rondelles
parisiennes
We will define these terms and discuss the best applications for fancy cuts. With your newly honed advanced techniques, you will impress your dining companions and elevate both presentation and texture, while becoming more efficient.

No prep. You might want to turn your cuts into a quick dinner. Recipes will be provided. Minimal class time will be devoted to the recipes/meal prep and the focus will be on the knife skills.
No special ingredients or tools are required. $33 per email address. Your entire household can participate.

ingredients for charoset, optional (recipe will be provided)
Prerequisite: Knife Skills for Beginners is recommended, but not required. Participants should be able to handle a knife properly and have extensive daily experience with consistent and even basic cuts, like chopping, slicing and dicing.
