This February, warm up with a hot bowl of dumplings, made from scratch. Our Kids Winter Cooking Intensive is all about dumplings from a variety of cultures. Most cuisines have some form of a dumpling — sundry shapes of dough filled or not and cooked in nearly every method possible. This winter, we feature dumplings that are slow cooked, simmered, boiled or served in broth. Join us for one or all three days of dumpling deliciousness.
This Winter Cooking Intensive will provide youth ages 7-13 with hours of hands-on engagement, expand their cultural knowledge, and build their culinary tool belts.
$120 per student per day or $225 for both days (save $15 when registering for both days). Each student will also receive a youth-sized apron or bench scraper to take home. All recipes are shared with families.
